Beautiful flower but the order process should be improved

We ordered a more expensive flower in a box. It was beautiful and really huuuge. The only flaw is that it didnt last long, only couple of days. Maybe because is so hot now. It would be good to give people some printed instructions what to do to make it last longer. Also i recommend to put a field for notes to the order form, I had to put a note into the field for a message to the receiver anyway nobody read it so the flower ended up in a wrong color box. But they changed the box with no problem after we asked.

Beautiful as usual

I have been ordering flowers here for past few years amd never been disappointed. It’s always matches photos. Delivery is on time. Flowers are fresh.
