Our policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. All of our products are perishable items and must be dealt with care. Please see our frequently asked questions to learn how to take care of your flowers.
To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us of your reason for the refund. We will review your reason and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
